Lark Funding is a Canadian proprietary trading firm founded around 2024. They offer 4 challenge types: 1-Step, 2-Step, 3-Step, and Instant Funding, with account sizes from \$5K to \$200K. Profit splits range from 80-90% on evaluation programs and 90% fixed on instant funding. Payout is bi-weekly for evaluations and on-demand for instant accounts. Trading platforms include cTrader and DXTrade via ThinkMarkets and Eightcap brokers. The 3-Step program uniquely has no daily loss limit. Maximum allocation is \$400K across accounts. Per-trade profit cap of \$10,000. News trading, weekend trading (with upgrade), EAs, and copy trading (on funded) are all allowed. Commissions are \$7/lot for forex/metals, zero for commodities/indices/crypto. CEO Matt L. is active on Discord and YouTube.

Cross-account/group hedging strictly prohibited. Copy trading allowed only if trader owns and controls all accounts involved. HFT prohibited. $10,000 daily/per-trade gain limit enforced to prevent all-or-nothing gambling strategies. Equity holding through earnings/dividends on Single Share CFDs prohibited. 30-day inactivity rule: at least one trade every 30 days required.
