Plans and pricing

PropFirmMap has 25 Empire Funded plan rows on file. They divide cleanly into the four tracks below. The Spartan track is instant-funded with a static drawdown expressed in dollars, an 80% split and no separate daily loss limit recorded. The Instant, 1-Step and 2-Step tracks all carry a 6% profit target and a 90% split, and differ in their drawdown allowances.

2-Step $200K$793$12,000 (6%)12%3%90%

Two pricing patterns stand out in that table. First, within the same account size the 2-Step plan is consistently the cheapest of the three 90%-split tracks and the Instant plan is the most expensive: at $100K the sequence is $599 for 2-Step, $619 for 1-Step and $897 for Instant. Second, the Spartan track is priced well below all three, at $209 for a $100K account, but it carries an 80% split, a tighter static drawdown of 3% and a higher dollar profit target of $8,500.

Rules summary

Drawdown treatment differs by track. Spartan accounts use a static drawdown quoted in dollars and fixed at 3% of the account size, so the loss threshold does not move as the balance grows. The Instant track allows a 6% maximum drawdown with a 3% daily loss limit. The 1-Step track widens the maximum drawdown to 12% and sets the daily limit at 5%. The 2-Step track also allows 12% maximum drawdown with a 3% daily limit on the plan rows recorded here; the firm's own product description states a 6% target in phase 1 and 5% in phase 2, with daily limits of 3% and 5% respectively.

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform offered. Payouts run weekly, and the firm markets next-day payouts on its homepage hero. Accepted payment and payout channels are Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and UPI. Empire Funded lists restricted countries including Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk.

Regulatory status

Empire Funded is not a regulated entity. No regulator name or license number is on file, the Companies House SIC code is 74909 (other professional, scientific and technical activities), and the firm itself states that it is "not a licensed investment services provider within the meaning of MIFID II". Its TrustPilot page also carried a "This company has received regulatory attention" notice when PropFirmMap profiled the firm on 2026-06-03. No specific enforcement action was found at that time.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A 6% profit target applies across the Instant, 1-Step and 2-Step tracks, which is lower than the 8% to 10% targets carried by several comparable CFD firms listed below.
  • Entry pricing starts at $9 for a $1K Spartan account, one of the lower listed entry points among CFD firms in the PropFirmMap database.
  • Up to 90% profit split on three of the four tracks, with weekly payouts and six accepted payout channels including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and UPI.

Cons

  • The operating company was incorporated on 28 April 2025, so the firm has a short track record and only 14 TrustPilot reviews at a 3.7 average as of the 2026-06-03 profile.
  • MetaTrader 5 is the sole platform, with no cTrader, TradingView or proprietary alternative recorded.
  • Negative reviews sampled during profiling cite a dashboard "LOADING ERROR" and bounced support emails, and the TrustPilot page carried a regulatory attention notice.

How Empire Funded compares

The closest like-for-like comparison is the 2-Step $100K plan, since that is the format most CFD firms price around. Empire Funded lists it at $599. Three publishable CFD firms in the PropFirmMap database sit in the same price band with the same plan structure.

Firm2-Step $100K priceProfit targetMax drawdownProfit splitTrustPilot
Empire Funded$599$6,000 (6%)12%90%3.7
PropXP$549$10,000 (10%)10%80% (up to 95% with add-on)4.5
Nova Funded$5978%8%Up to 90%3.8
Moneta Funded$650$5,000 (5%)10% static88%4.4

On price the four firms sit in a narrow band, from $549 at PropXP to $650 at Moneta Funded, so pricing is not the separating factor. The differences are in the pass conditions. Empire Funded's 6% profit target is lower than PropXP's 10% and Nova Funded's 8%, while Moneta Funded's 5% is lower still. Empire Funded's 12% maximum drawdown is the widest of the four, against 10% at PropXP, 8% at Nova Funded and 10% static at Moneta Funded. A wider drawdown allowance combined with a lower profit target means the ratio between what a trader must gain and what they may lose is more permissive at Empire Funded than at the other three on these specific plans.

Where Empire Funded trails the group is review volume and review score. Its 3.7 average across 14 reviews sits below PropXP at 4.5 and Moneta Funded at 4.4, and its review count is far smaller than a firm with several years of operation would accumulate. Nova Funded, at 3.8, is the nearest of the three on that measure.

Empire Funded's pass conditions are more permissive than its price peers; its operating history is shorter than all of them.PropFirmMap

Verdict

Empire Funded offers a documented, internally consistent product line: four tracks, 25 plans, a flat 6% profit target across the three 90%-split tracks, and a Spartan instant-funded ladder that starts at $9. The pass conditions on the 1-Step and 2-Step tracks, specifically a 6% target against a 12% maximum drawdown, are more permissive than the CFD firms priced alongside it. The firm suits traders who want a low profit target, a wide drawdown allowance, weekly payouts and crypto payout options, and who are content with MetaTrader 5 as the only platform.

The counterweight is verifiability. The operating company was incorporated in April 2025, the firm holds no regulatory license and states it is outside MIFID II, and the public review base was 14 reviews at the time of profiling. Traders who weight operating history and regulatory standing heavily will find more established options in the same price band. Those who weight plan mechanics will find the terms competitive.
