The PropFirmMap Score

How we rank prop firms, in the open. One transparent 0-100 score, built from six weighted pillars and recalculated every night across all 139 firms.

Rankings are not for sale. Affiliate links and advertising have zero effect on the score or the order of firms. Partnership status contributes only a small, disclosed signal inside the Trust pillar, applied identically to every verified partner. It never overrides price, payout, or rule data. Read our affiliate disclosure.

The six pillars

Each pillar is scored 0-100, then weighted into the final number. We weight trust and reliability most heavily - the best price is worthless if the firm does not pay.

Trust & Reliability 35% Price & Value 18% Profit & Economics 15% Payout Terms 15% Rule Flexibility 9% Transparency 8%
Trust & Reliability 35%

TrustPilot rating and review volume, our verified Safety Grade, how long the firm has operated, verification freshness, and partnership vetting.

Price & Value 18%

How the cheapest evaluation price compares with other firms in the same asset class, plus any active discount.

Profit & Economics 15%

Profit split, profit target, max drawdown room and consistency rules versus peers.

Payout Terms 15%

How fast and how often you get paid: first-payout speed, frequency, on-demand and fee-refund terms.

Rule Flexibility 9%

Which strategies are allowed (news, weekend/overnight holding, EAs, copy trading, hedging, scalping) and drawdown leniency.

Transparency 8%

How completely the firm publishes its rules, and how recently we verified the data.

Scored against peers, not absolutes

Every firm is scored relative to other firms in the same asset class (futures firms versus futures firms, not against forex). The median firm sits at 50, so a pillar score above 50 means "better than typical for this asset class". When a firm chooses not to publish a rule, we treat that field as neutral rather than penalizing it - so transparency is rewarded, but privacy is never punished as if it were a red flag.
