Funded7 Review: Plans, Rules, and How It Compares

Funded7 Funded7 is a CFD proprietary trading evaluation firm that sells simulated funding challenges on MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. Its own Terms and Conditions state it is not licensed to offer investment services and that it operates a simulated evaluation model, so accounts are demo environments rather than live capital. Account sizes run from $15,000 to $500,000, and the firm advertises a profit share of up to 90%. Funded7 currently carries a PropFirmMap score of 4.6 out of 10 and a safety grade of D. This review sets out what the firm sells, what its rules require, and how its pricing sits against comparable CFD firms. Every figure below was read from Funded7's own checkout catalogue and marketing pages on 16 August 2026.

Programs and pricing

Funded7 sells five evaluation types. Two Phase is the standard two-step challenge. Two Phase NEO uses the same targets and fees but caps leverage at 1:30 instead of 1:50. PAYG, short for Pay As You Grow, is a two-step challenge billed one phase at a time. One Phase is a single-step evaluation, and Instant Funding skips the evaluation entirely. The prices below are the list prices in the firm's checkout catalogue, before any discount code.

PAYG (phase 1 only)2n/a$79$149$299$599

One Phase and Instant Funding use different account ladders. One Phase is priced at $238 for $15,000, $456 for $50,000, $564 for $75,000, $627 for $100,000 and $1,430 for $200,000. Instant Funding runs $274.80 for $5,000, $574.80 for $10,000, $1,198.80 for $25,000, $2,198.90 for $50,000 and $3,298.90 for $75,000. Note that Instant Funding costs more per dollar of simulated capital than any evaluation program: the $50,000 Instant account is $2,198.90 against $358.80 for the same size on Two Phase.

The profit split is not uniform across the range. Two Phase, Two Phase NEO and PAYG pay 80% to the trader. One Phase and Instant Funding pay 50%. A paid Profit Share add-on raises the split by 10 percentage points, which is how the advertised 90% figure is reached. A trader reading only the headline number on the home page would not learn that the One Phase and Instant Funding programs start at 50%.

Key takeaway

The 90% profit share is an add-on price, not a default, and the 80% base applies only to the two-step programs. One Phase and Instant Funding start at 50%.

How PAYG works

PAYG spreads the cost of a two-step challenge across three payments. On the $50,000 account the trader pays $79 to begin phase 1, $192 after passing phase 1, and $78 on reaching the funded stage, for $349 if all three stages are cleared. The $100,000 ladder is $149.70, then $329, then $119, totalling $597.70. Funded7 states that PAYG accounts sit outside the standard $1,000,000 allocation limit and carry a $20,000 monthly payout cap rather than the $10,000 cap applied to standard accounts.

The firm's stated rationale is that a trader risks a smaller amount at the point where the probability of reaching payout is lowest. Funded7 publishes its own estimates for that probability: roughly 6% at phase 1 entry, roughly 24% after passing phase 1, and roughly 60% after passing phase 2. These are the firm's own figures and are not independently verified.

A pricing inconsistency to be aware of

The Pay As You Grow page quotes the standard $50,000 fee as $349 when comparing it against the PAYG ladder, but the checkout lists the Two Phase $50,000 challenge at $358.80. Both figures were live on 16 August 2026. Check the price at checkout before purchasing.

Rules summary

Two Phase, Two Phase NEO and PAYG share the same risk parameters: an 8% profit target in phase 1, a 6% target in phase 2, a 5% maximum daily loss and a 10% maximum total loss. One Phase requires a 10% profit target with a tighter 4% daily loss limit and an 8% total loss limit. Instant Funding has no profit target to reach before funding, and applies a 5% daily loss limit with an 8% total loss limit.

Across all programs Funded7 requires a minimum of 3 active trading days and imposes no maximum trading period. Drawdown is static rather than trailing. The firm states that Expert Advisors are permitted, that positions may be held over the weekend, and that trading through news is allowed. Leverage is up to 1:50 on Two Phase and Instant Funding, and 1:30 on Two Phase NEO, PAYG and One Phase. Payouts are processed by bank transfer or crypto, and Funded7 states that a first payout request is handled within one business day. The plan card lists payout frequency as 7 days.

Reputation

Funded7 holds a TrustPilot score of 2.8 out of 5 from 46 reviews, on a profile claimed in April 2025 with a paid TrustPilot subscription. TrustPilot records that the firm has replied to 100% of its negative reviews. The positive reviews cite execution and support response times. The negative reviews cluster around a single theme, which is payout denial on funded accounts. One reviewer wrote that a withdrawal was refused over "lot-size limits (not published on the website)", and another described repeated resets at phase 2 over consistency and profit-concentration rules. Funded7's public replies to both state that decisions followed its published Terms and Conditions and that consistency is measured over the lifetime of the account rather than per day. Readers should weigh 46 reviews as a small sample.

Pros

  • PAYG reduces the upfront outlay on a two-step challenge to $79 for a $50,000 account, against $358.80 for the standard route.
  • Static drawdown, a 3 day minimum and no time limit are permissive settings relative to trailing-drawdown alternatives.
  • Expert Advisors, weekend holding and news trading are all permitted on the evaluation programs.

Cons

  • One Phase and Instant Funding pay a 50% profit split, well below the 90% headline figure advertised on the home page.
  • Standard accounts cap withdrawals at $10,000 per calendar month.
  • The TrustPilot score of 2.8 across 46 reviews is below the ratings of the comparable firms listed below.

How Funded7 compares

The table below compares the $50,000 two-step challenge against three other published CFD firms whose equivalent plans sit in the same price band on PropFirmMap.

Firm$50K 2-step priceProfit splitTrustPilotPropFirmMap score
Funded7 Funded7$358.8080%2.84.6
FXIFY FXIFY$379Up to 90%4.48.2
Moneta Funded Moneta Funded$36588%4.45.0
ThinkCapital ThinkCapital$29980% (90% with scaling or add-on)4.06.3

On price the four are close: $299 to $379 for the same $50,000 two-step product, with Funded7 at $358.80 in the middle of that band. The separation is in reputation and in the base split. FXIFY and Moneta Funded both hold a 4.4 TrustPilot score against Funded7's 2.8, and Moneta Funded's 88% base split is higher than Funded7's 80% without an add-on purchase. ThinkCapital is priced at $299 for the same account size with the same 80% base split. Funded7's distinguishing feature in this group is PAYG, which none of the three offers: it is the only way in this comparison to enter a $50,000 two-step evaluation for $79.

Verdict

Funded7 is a reasonable fit for a trader who wants to attempt a large two-step account without paying the full fee upfront, and who values static drawdown, no time limit and permission to run Expert Advisors through news. The PAYG structure is genuinely unusual and lowers the cost of a failed first attempt from $358.80 to $79 on a $50,000 account. Against that, the firm carries a 2.8 TrustPilot score whose negative reviews concentrate on payout denials, its One Phase and Instant Funding programs pay half the profit rather than the advertised 90%, and standard accounts are capped at $10,000 of withdrawals per month. Traders who intend to use One Phase or Instant Funding, or who expect to withdraw more than $10,000 in a month, will find better terms elsewhere in the same price band. Verify the price and the rules at checkout before purchasing, since Funded7's marketing pages and its checkout did not agree on the $50,000 fee at the time of writing.
