Payout rules
Minimum payout is $500 on all 15 plans. The per-payout cap varies by plan from $1,000 to $5,000 and is recorded on each challenge as max_withdrawal_per_payout rather than as a single firm-level maximum. Payout requests are submitted inside the Nexus dashboard, which determines eligibility from the current account state and program terms. Live funded accounts: withdraw any amount of profit above the starting balance at will up to once per day, at the same 80/20 split; the live starting balance is a permanent withdrawal floor and cannot itself be withdrawn.
Trading rules
Real-time passing: the evaluation passes the moment account balance including open unrealized P&L touches the profit target, with no need to close the trade or wait for end of day, and the pass holds even if the trade later reverses. No activation fee, and the funded account is created automatically on passing, subject to a 5 funded account limit. EOD-only drawdown with no daily loss limit, and no daily loss limit, inactivity timer or consistency rule on live accounts. Instant Funded and TrueRisk Funded accounts activate immediately after payment; Standard Eval and TrueRisk Eval activate within a few hours during business hours. Refunds: eligible only when no trade has been placed on the account and the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Restricted countries (residents and nationals not eligible): Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen. Free paper trading accounts are available in Nexus to anyone with an active paid account. Trading competitions are free for active paid customers and $35 for non-customers. Contract limits in full: Standard Eval 3 / 5 / 10 / 15 minis and 30 / 50 / 100 / 150 micros for 25k / 50k / 100k / 150k; TrueRisk Eval 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 minis and 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 micros for $1,250 / $2,500 / $5,000 / $10,000; Instant Funded 3 / 6 / 9 minis and 30 / 60 / 90 micros for 50k / 100k / 150k; TrueRisk Instant Funded 3 / 6 / 9 / 9 minis and 30 / 60 / 90 / 90 micros for $2,500 / $5,000 / $7,500 / $10,000. 1 mini = 10 micros and they can be mixed as long as micro-equivalent exposure stays inside the limit.
