Zero-denial policy: the firm states payouts are always honoured unless there is a rule breach, prohibited trading activity, account sharing or multi-account abuse. Payout is requested from the dashboard after all open trades are closed. Where fraudulent activity is identified after a payout-eligible period, the Terms allow the company to process the payout and then permanently terminate the account.

Inactivity ruleAccounts that remain inactive for 90 days may be terminated. If credentials are issued and the account is not activated or accessed within 90 calendar days it may be suspended, with 30 days to request reactivation.

Hedging: the published prohibition is specifically 'hedging between accounts' (FAQ) and 'hedging across multiple accounts' (Terms). The firm does not separately state whether hedging within a single account is permitted, so hedging_allowed=false records the rule the firm actually publishes. Eligibility: 18 or older, most countries worldwide, some regions restricted (list not published on the public pages). Breaches are detected in real time on live equity with no end-of-day grace.
