Payout rules
Minimum payout request is $500 on both programs, measured before the 90/10 reward split. Maximum payout is capped per cycle and per size: 1-Step first payout $1,000/$2,000/$2,500/$3,000 and 1-Step second-and-later payout $1,500/$2,500/$3,000/$3,500 for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K; Instant caps every payout at $1,000/$2,000/$3,000/$4,000 for the same sizes. The 4000 recorded in max_withdrawal is the single highest cap available (the $150K Instant account); every other combination is lower. Profit above the cap stays in the account and rolls into the next payout cycle. Fee refunds are excluded under all circumstances per Terms section 14.5, so fee_refunded_on_first_payout is a verified false rather than an unknown.
