Payout rules
Minimum payout request is $500 on both programs, measured before the 90/10 reward split. Maximum payout is capped per cycle and per size: 1-Step first payout $1,000/$2,000/$2,500/$3,000 and 1-Step second-and-later payout $1,500/$2,500/$3,000/$3,500 for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K; Instant caps every payout at $1,000/$2,000/$3,000/$4,000 for the same sizes. The 4000 recorded in max_withdrawal is the single highest cap available (the $150K Instant account); every other combination is lower. Profit above the cap stays in the account and rolls into the next payout cycle.
