YRM Prop is a New York-based proprietary trading firm focused on futures, founded in June 2025. The firm is headquartered at 85 Broad Street, 17th Floor, New York. Co-founded by Mohamed Saidi (CEO, former TradeZero / BBA Technologies) and Alexander Shapiro (CSO, former TradeZero Crypto CEO, Prometheum co-founder, Base8.app CEO). YRM Prop LLC is a Delaware-incorporated limited liability company. Offers two paths: Starter Challenge (subscription with static drawdown leading to Prime funded accounts) and Instant Prime (skip evaluation). 90/10 profit split. Payout via Rise (with KYC). Up to $450,000 in simulated trading capital. Path to live capital after consistent payout history.
