Tier 1 news trading allowed on all account types (FOMC, CPI, NFP, EIA inventories, crop reports); may hold or open positions during these events. No overnight or weekend positions on Classic, Spark or Merit. On a challenge this denies the funded account; on a funded account it triggers payout denial + account closure. This is the one rule never waived on live accounts. Manual scalping fully permitted with no minimum trade duration. Scalping/HFT/EA bots are strictly forbidden and cause immediate challenge failure.
