Profit Target
The minimum percentage of profit a trader must achieve during an evaluation phase to pass to the next step or receive funding.
How It Works
Profit targets define how much you need to earn to pass each evaluation phase. Typical targets are 8-10% for Phase 1 and 5% for Phase 2 of a two-step challenge.
On a $100K account, a 10% target means earning $10,000 in profits. There's usually no time limit (or a generous one like 30-60 days).
Higher profit targets are harder to achieve but often come with better terms (higher profit splits, lower fees). Some one-step challenges have targets as high as 10-15%, while instant funding programs have no target at all.
