Daily Drawdown No forced daily loss limit on any Sapphire, Flex, Gold or Platinum account - traders may optionally set their own from the dashboard. Express to Live accounts carry a daily loss limit of $400, $600, $800 or $1,200 by drawdown size. Drawdown itself is end-of-day trailing on Sapphire and Flex, and a static floor on the Gold and Platinum-X tracks. No standard daily loss limit.   • One-time fee with no monthly subscription or recurring billing. No forced daily loss limit on any account. End-of-day trailing drawdown rather than intraday, so an intraday dip that recovers by the close does not fail the account, plus a static-floor track for traders who prefer a fixed limit. Payout requests approved in under 24 hours, with $300 added to the payout if approval is ever late. Up to 100% profit split on the simulated funded tracks. No minimum hold time and microscalping is allowed. Up to five funded accounts tradable at once, with no limit on concurrent evaluations. The Express to Live track routes a passing trader to a real live brokerage account with an 85% split, daily uncapped payouts and a $0 activation fee.
  • Three funded account programs: Classic (subscription-based, 90% profit split), Spark (lower-cost subscription with $29 one-time activation, all strategies allowed), and Merit (one-time $2K challenge with 50/80 profit split structure). Main Drawbacks
  • No overnight or weekend holding is permitted on any account. Automated and algorithmic trading is prohibited. Positions must be flat at least two minutes before scheduled tier-1 economic releases. Trading is restricted to CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT futures - stocks, options, forex, crypto and CFDs are not permitted. All evaluation fees are non-refundable once credentials are issued and are not refunded on the first payout. Ruby funded accounts carry a 40% consistency rule at every payout and a first-payout balance buffer. The firm is young - its TrustPilot profile was claimed in April 2026 and carries only 19 reviews - and the linked public rule book at /rules returns a 404, so the full rule set is only available in summary form inside the Terms of Use.
