TrustPilot Rating

Definition

A review score on TrustPilot.com that reflects customer satisfaction, commonly used to evaluate prop firm reputation.

How It Works

TrustPilot is the most widely used review platform for evaluating prop firms. Ratings range from 1.0 to 5.0 based on verified customer reviews.

A score above 4.0 is generally considered good, while below 3.0 indicates significant issues. However, TrustPilot ratings should be interpreted carefully: some firms may have inflated scores from fake reviews (TrustPilot has suspended review pages for several firms), while newer firms may have too few reviews for a reliable score.

Always look at the number of reviews, read recent reviews for trends, and check if the review page is "under investigation" or suspended.
