MFA Traders Review: Plans, Rules, and How It Compares
MFA Traders
MFA Traders is a CFD proprietary trading firm operated by My Funding Account P.S.A. of Katowice, Poland. The operator publishes its registration details on its own privacy policy page: KRS 0001023771, NIP 6343021306, REGON 524681980, at Al. Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, 40-156 Katowice. The GLEIF register records the same entity under LEI 9845004C0B55FB2CA128 with an entity creation date of 3 March 2023, while the firm's own site states "Founded 2024" and "We have been supporting traders since 2024". Those are two different claims, so this review reports both rather than picking one: the legal entity dates to March 2023 and the firm dates its own brand to 2024.
The firm sells three routes to a funded account: a 1-phase Challenge, a 2-phase Challenge, and an Instant account with no evaluation stage. Trading is on MT4, Match Trader and TradingView. A free trial is offered on a $50,000 account.
Plans and pricing
Every price below was read from the firm's own pricing widgets on 27 August 2026. One caveat matters before the table: the widgets advertise far more size and tier combinations than they price. The Instant page offers fourteen account sizes across a Core and a Prime tier, and the 2-phase page offers seven sizes across a Standard and a Professional tier, but each widget renders a price for a single combination at a time. The eight rows below are the combinations with a published price.
| Program | Account size | Price | Profit target | Daily loss limit | Maximum loss | Profit split |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-phase Challenge, Beginner | $1,000 | $29 | 8% | 3.5% | 10% | 65% |
| 1-phase Challenge, Beginner | $5,000 | $69 | 8% | 3.5% | 10% | 65% |
| 1-phase Challenge, Beginner | $10,000 | $109 | 8% | 3.5% | 10% | 65% |
| 1-phase Challenge, Beginner | $20,000 | $191 | 8% | 3.5% | 10% | 65% |
| 1-phase Challenge, Beginner | $50,000 | $389 | 8% | 3.5% | 10% | 65% |
| 2-phase Challenge, Standard | $200,000 | $1,097 | Phase 1 10%, Phase 2 5% | 5% | 10% | 80% 85% 90% |
| Instant, Core | $50,000 | $2,558 | None | 3.5% | 7% | 70% |
| Instant, Prime | $50,000 | $2,814 | None | 5% | 10% | 70% |
The 2-phase Challenge also lists a Professional tier in its rulebook, with an 8% Phase 1 target, a 5% Phase 2 target and a 4% daily loss limit. No price is published for it. The 2-phase Standard plan card prints a "Refund" column of 100%, and the 1-phase card prints trading leverage of 1:30 against 1:100 on the 2-phase card. Instant plan cards print a minimum payout of 1% of the account balance.
Rules
The maximum loss is static on both Challenges: 10% of the initial simulated capital, measured on equity including open positions, commissions and swaps. The daily loss limit is not static. The firm's trade objectives page states it is recalculated every day at midnight Central European Time using the previous day's closing balance, so the limit can rise and fall with the account. On day one the initial simulated capital is used. The firm works the arithmetic on a $50,000 example: a $50,000 balance gives a day-one floor of $48,250, and a $52,000 balance at midnight gives a day-two floor of $50,180.
Challenge accounts carry no time limit, and both Challenges require a minimum of five trading days. The firm defines a trading day as any day on which at least one position is initiated, counts a multi-day trade only on the day it was opened, and does not require those days to be consecutive. All positions must be closed before a profit target is verified.
The 1-phase Challenge plan card prints "Trading on news: Challenge yes, Funded no". News trading is permitted during the evaluation and is not permitted on the funded MFA account. The 2-phase and Instant cards do not carry this row.
A scaling programme is published: trade four consecutive months at an average monthly simulated profit of 1.5% or more and the balance is increased by 25%, repeating every four months up to $2,000,000. The firm also states a cycle of at least four months, at least 10% total net simulated profit over the period, at least two rewards processed and a positive balance at the moment of scaling, with the reward raised to 90%. Payouts are on demand, with the homepage advertising completion within an hour after risk-team approval.
Several rules a trader would normally check before buying are not published anywhere the site exposes to a crawler: hedging, expert advisors and automated strategies, copy trading, weekend and overnight holding, any consistency rule, and reset terms. Confirm those with support before purchase rather than assuming a permission.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Three funded-account routes plus a free trial on a $50,000 account, so a trader can pick an evaluation or skip one entirely.
- Entry starts at $29 for a $1,000 1-phase account, and Challenge accounts carry no time limit.
- The operator is an EU-registered company with a published address, KRS number and LEI, and its TrustPilot profile stands at 4.2 across 148 reviews with a reply on 100% of negative reviews.
Cons
- The profit split starts at 65% on the 1-phase Beginner tier and 70% on Instant accounts, below the 80% to 90% band on the 2-phase Standard.
- The pricing widgets publish a price for only a fraction of the size and tier combinations they advertise, so most of the range cannot be priced without going to checkout.
- The first-payout window, a minimum and maximum withdrawal in currency, the approved payout methods and the trigger for the advertised 100% refund are all undisclosed, and news trading is not permitted on the funded account.
How it compares
Three other CFD firms in the PropFirmMap database sit in an overlapping entry-price band. Figures are from our firm records as of 27 August 2026.
| Firm | Jurisdiction | Lowest published price | Profit split | Payout frequency | TrustPilot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MFA Traders | Poland | $29 | 65% (1-phase), 70% (Instant), 80% 85% 90% (2-phase) | On demand | 4.2 / 148 |
| Sway Funded | Saint Lucia | $10 | 80% base, up to 90% with the 20/10 add-on | On demand | 4.1 / 620 |
| IQ Capital | Saint Lucia | $36 | 90% | Every 10 days | 4.7 / 421 |
| AtmosTraders | Cyprus | $329 | Up to 90% | On demand | 4.7 / 402 |
The comparison separates on two axes. On profit split, MFA Traders is the lowest of the four at its entry tier: 65% on the 1-phase Beginner against 80% at Sway Funded and 90% at IQ Capital. A trader reaching the 2-phase Standard tier moves into the same 80% to 90% band as the others, so the split gap is a function of which route is bought rather than a firm-level ceiling. On jurisdiction, MFA Traders is the only one of the four registered inside the EU, with a company register entry and an LEI that can be checked independently. Sway Funded and IQ Capital are registered in Saint Lucia and AtmosTraders in Cyprus. On review volume, MFA Traders has the smallest base of the four at 148 reviews, against 620, 421 and 402, and TrustPilot records that MFA Traders asks its customers to review, which is disclosed on the profile.
The split gap is a function of which route you buy, not a firm-level ceiling.PropFirmMap
Verdict
MFA Traders fits a trader who wants a low-cost entry point into a CFD evaluation from an operator whose corporate identity can be verified in a public register. The $29 $1,000 account and the free $50,000 trial make the cost of a first attempt small, the absence of a time limit removes schedule pressure, and the daily loss limit is re-based each midnight rather than fixed to the opening balance. It fits less well for a trader who wants a high split on the cheapest product, since the 1-phase Beginner tier pays 65% and Instant pays 70%, or for one who needs payout mechanics settled before paying: the first-payout window, withdrawal floors and ceilings in currency, the approved payout methods and the refund trigger are not published. Traders who rely on news events should note that the permission applies to the Challenge and not to the funded account.
