Write a Review18th Street Trading is a United States futures proprietary trading firm that sells a single public product: a one-step $50,000 Assessment. The assessment fee depends only on the trading platform chosen ($149 on DXFutures, $171 on Volumetrica, $201 on Rithmic); the account itself is identical in every other respect. A separate $149 activation fee is charged after a trader passes and before the funded account is issued. The evaluation requires $3,000 of equity growth (6%) across a minimum of 3 trading days, with a $1,500 (3%) end-of-day trailing loss, a 33.33% consistency requirement and no daily loss limit or time limit. Funded traders keep 80% of gains, must leave a 3% non-withdrawable buffer in the account, and may withdraw up to 50% of gains per period, with the first payout available on request and subsequent payouts every 30 days. Requesting a payout permanently locks the trailing loss at the starting balance. All accounts are simulated and the Trader Agreement is signed with Prop Account, LLC. The $100,000 Institutional and $150,000 Capital Partner allocations are not publicly purchasable and are reached only by private invitation.

Additional payout notes
Requesting a payout permanently locks the trailing loss at the starting balance. Only gains above the 3% non-withdrawable buffer are withdrawable, and the 80/20 split applies to that amount.
