The legal entity is Next Lvl Funded PTY LTD (company no. 685007710), operating from Suite 7, Level 1, 486 Lower Heidelberg Road, Heidelberg VIC 3084, registered at 39 Mountain View Pde, Rosanna VIC 3084, Australia. The firm was established in November 2024 by founder Spencer. Product lineup includes 1-Step Instant Funding ($5K-$200K, $29-$519, 11% profit target, 7% trailing drawdown, 4% daily), 2-Step Instant Funding ($5K-$200K, $27-$489, 8%/6% targets, 8% static drawdown), Instant Pro ($5K-$200K, $29-$599, no profit target, 6% trailing drawdown, 3% daily, On-Demand payouts), and Special Beginner/Intermediate accounts ($10K for $10, $25K for $25, 50% profit split).
