The Upside Funding is a proprietary trading firm headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. Founded in 2020 by Charles Finkelstein and another former Citigroup Managing Director, it is the only prop firm in the retail trading space built by ex-Wall Street bankers with over 60 years of combined institutional trading experience. The firm offers 1-Step and 2-Step evaluation programs with account sizes from $5K to $100K. Traders can keep up to 95% of profits with 24-hour payout processing. Unique features include news trading and weekend holding allowed on both challenge and funded accounts, 100% challenge fee refund on the third payout, and a potential path to a full-time salaried trading position paying up to $350,000 annually.
